Together, we are working to offer a better future to children and young people

With a presence in France and Togo, UGPA carries out concrete actions to support children and young people in difficulty. Our projects are based on four essential pillars: education, health, culture and entrepreneurship, to give every young person the chance to learn, receive healthcare and flourish in the long term.

PROVIDING THE KEYS TO KNOWLEDGE

Education, the first step towards empowerment

Because every child deserves a chance to succeed, UGPA works to promote access to education in disadvantaged areas. We distribute school kits, support teachers and organise educational activities tailored to local needs. Our actions enable hundreds of children to attend school in better conditions and look forward to a brighter future.

PROTECTING THE MOST VULNERABLE

Health is essential for growth and learning

Access to healthcare remains a challenge for many families. UGPA is committed to improving children’s health and well-being by conducting awareness campaigns, donating medical equipment and implementing preventive measures.
Our teams regularly visit orphanages and street children to provide basic care and raise awareness about hygiene and nutrition.

NOURISHING THE MIND AND BROADENING HORIZONS

Culture: a catalyst for personal development and dialogue

Culture brings people together, inspires and liberates. UGPA develops artistic and intercultural projects to encourage expression, creativity and tolerance.
Theatre, painting and dance workshops are organised for children, while in France, workshops promote exchanges on social issues such as colonial memory and cultural diversity.

UGPA’s actions are based on active cooperation between our teams in France and Togo. Events, fundraisers and partnerships organised in Europe directly finance projects carried out on the ground in Africa.
This collaboration creates a strong human bond and a model of sustainable mutual aid.
